When you place an order, we collect:
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered on a payment page operated by our payment processor and go directly to them. We receive only the result of the transaction.
When you join our mailing list or contact us, we collect your name (optional), your email address, your consent choice and the date and time you gave it.
We also receive basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device or browser type, and, where you have allowed it, analytics data. See our Cookie Policy.
We share your information only with the providers that make the shop work, and only so far as each of them needs it. We do not sell your personal information.
Several of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States.
We keep order records, invoices and payment confirmations for seven years from the date of the order, because tax and accounting rules require it. Deleting your marketing profile does not delete these records, and we cannot delete them on request while that period is running.
We keep mailing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@ldmanimation.com, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

If you are shopping from Europe, our European editions are sold by Lucky Patch Studios, and their privacy policy governs that purchase.
Payments are encrypted in transit and handled by our payment processor. We restrict access to order and customer data to the people who need it to run the shop. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and shop are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information or accept orders from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Our shop also sets cookies that are strictly necessary to keep your cart and checkout working; these cannot be switched off without breaking the shop.
