These Terms of Sale and Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LDM Animation website and online shop, operated by LDM Animation LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell to customers in the United States and the wider Americas. If you are shopping from Europe, our European editions are sold and shipped by Lucky Patch Studios under their own terms, which is normally faster and avoids import duty. We sell to consumers, not for resale, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order — it is not acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the item is out of stock, if it was listed at an incorrect price, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies.
If we ship outside the United States, you are the importer: any customs duty, import VAT or handling charge is your responsibility and is payable to the carrier. We cannot tell you what these will be in advance. Refusing a parcel to avoid these charges is treated as a return, and the outbound shipping and any carrier fees are deducted from your refund.
If we discover that an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
We aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page or at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
You may return an unopened item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email contact@ldmanimation.com before sending anything back so we can give you a return address.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or a component is missing, email us with your order number and a photograph within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement, send the missing component, or refund you. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We describe our games as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and printed colours and components may differ slightly from images on screen. Back of the Goal is intended for ages 8 and over; it contains small parts and is not suitable for younger children.
Rulebooks and printable extras are provided free of charge for personal use. They remain our property, and you may not sell them, or reproduce them commercially, without our written permission.
All content on this site — including the Back of the Goal name, logos, artwork, text, images, and related materials — is owned by LDM Animation LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, submit false information, or provide another person’s details without their permission.
Our shop runs on Shopify, and payment is handled by our payment processor. Their terms govern your use of the checkout and the payment itself. This site may also link to third-party websites, including Lucky Patch Studios. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LDM Animation LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product bought through it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to that venue. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
